Description:
A large local residential new build project which required a variety of window treatment solutions throughout the property. A number of manual options and electrical systems to work in a contemporary environment created by the customer and the designer.
The focal point of the project was the kitchen living room area where the Luxaflex Powerview Pirouette systems were selected. Luxaflex Pirouette softly filter light with enhanced views and privacy .The shade design offers many looks and moods from airy sheers with undulating contours to luxurious weaves. The design teams vision was to offer a product that had both the practical and the stylish elements to it for the light management in the living room area. Dual Silent Gliss 5600 electrical curtain tracks were installed in the Master bedroom offering a blackout lined fabric and sheer option.
Some rooms of the property presented a particular challenge with irregular shaped windows. Shaped venetian blinds were installed which enhanced the contemporary feel of the interior whilst allowing as much natural light as possible.
All electrical systems were integrated into the Lutron Homework system for ultimate control.
